RETURNS

For any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we do accept returns. Our policy lasts 30 days, if you wish to return your order, please contact us first within 14 days of delivery and we expect the item(s) returned to us within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately we may not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. If for any reason the item(s) are not returned in their original condition the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

 

Custom orders are exempt from being returned.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer (if applicable).

 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment as soon as possible.

Damaged Goods (if applicable)

If your order arrives damaged in the post please contact us as soon as possible by emailing dollydiditinfo@gmail.com including pictures of the packaging and your items.

 

Order Not Arrived (if applicable)

If you have placed an order and it hasn't arrived please get in touch and we will happily investigate for you.

 

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at dollydiditinfo@gmail.com.

Shipping

To return your product(s) please contact us first regarding this within 14 days of delivery and then you should post your product to: 8 Eastlands Crescent, Dulwich, London, SE21 7EG, United Kingdom within 30 days of delivery.

 

You will be responsible for arranging and paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping upgrade costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of any shipping upgrade used will be deducted from your refund.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

We recommend you use the packaging and delivery service we used originally, we can help liaise with our furniture couriers to return the item(s) but responsibly is left with the buyer.
